Heather Ann Flanigan (nee Schell) passed away peacefully July 15, 2023 just shy of her 83rd birthday. She was predeceased by her Husband James Flanigan and son Jeffrey Flanigan, survived by daughter Patricia Flanigan and granddaughters Kira and Cali Hutchinson.
Heather led a full and busy life with a love for travel. She always had a twinkle in her eye and a love for entertaining that brought family home and friends together.
She will be missed.
