I was lucky to have met Jim, and I only knew him for a short time. Jim was the kindest, most giving man. He found out my dryer wasn't working, and insisted on helping me fix it. He had his own stuff going on, but made the time to help me. I will never forget you Jim! The dryer is still working:)

Dear Jim, you were such a good brother-in-law, always a great help to me, especially if something needed fixing or doing. You gave me my wonderful nieces and nephews whom I love as I own. Dear Jim,
 We were so young when we first met. You and your friend, Gary, picked up Debbie and I as we were hitchhiking from Woolco into town, trying to meet guys, during the early 70's. You and I eventually moved to Youbou together when you got a job at the mill. I remember your true soul was a gentle one, despite your turbulent childhood. I carry old, but strong memories of our time together, my friend. May you rest in peace.

We were deeply saddened to learn of Jims sudden death. Dave was fortunate to have visited with him shortly before and has a good memory of a day spent with. Jim had many struggles, but always pulled through. We will miss him

To the family of Jim I want to express my deepest concerns. Jim was indeed a great handyman and a unique individual, he had a great sense of humor and was always willing to pass on his knowledge and his suggestions to whatever problems others were dealing with. Life was sometimes a struggle for Jim but he was a fighter, his many friends will miss him.
