Jean Agnes Cecelia Fanning

Jean was born in Vancouver on July 18, 1938 to Edward & Jean Brown. Pre-deceased by her daughter Anita, husband Paul, son-in-law Lou Melin and her siblings, Margaret, Mary, Wally and Ellen.

Jean’s memory lives on in the hearts of her children: Paul, Teresa (Jim), Michelle (Mike Moss), and Sean, grandchildren: Mike (Melissa), Mitch, Molly, Courtney, Mikayla and great-grandchildren: Logan, Karbella & Alyson.

Family was everything and our Mom was happiest when we were together and when tending her garden. She was the beautiful smiling face greeting customers at the bakery (Arts & Golden Sheaf).

Our heartfelt appreciation to the BVU Team, Gorge Rd Hospital for their companionship and compassionate loving care!

A funeral service to celebrate Jean will be held at the First Memorial Funeral Services & Garden of Memories, Falaise Drive, on Friday, June 28th at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers consider a donation in Jean’s name to the Alzheimer Society of B.C.
