John was a homebody, who loved his family, read voraciously, and tinkered with computers. He loved to cook.
He was a kind and quiet man. He worked hard for his family, he stood by and cared for his wife when she developed cancer, looked after his daughter, no drama, no crying life isn't fair, just kept soldiering on.
John was in the Navy for 25 years, and after was a commissionaire at Buchart Gardens until he retired.
Johns' wife, Lillian, the love of his life, was instrumental in reuniting John with his biological family after a 40-year separation.
He was loved and will be missed.
