He came to Canada in the late 1960’s and he worked as a tailor, in masonry and worked and later retired employed by the Ministry of Forests. Jose loved soccer and making wine.
Jose was predeceased by his wife, Mercedes and both of his parents in Spain.
He is survived by his only son, Victor; his 5 siblings and many nieces and nephews in Spain and Miami.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 753 Burnside Road West, Victoria, BC on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 12:00 pm.
