NOBEL Judy Evelyn (former Kelly) nee Bush, age 77 of Victoria, BC passed away peacefully on November 17, 2023. Predeceased by her infant son David Douglas Robillard, her husband Carl Nobel, mother Evelyn Bush of Victoria and brother David Bush and Peggy of Victoria. Survived by loving partner Casey Allisen, son Jeff Robillard, grandchildren Victoria and James, much loved friends and adopted family of the heart.
