It is with heavy hearts that the family mourns Linda’s passing.
Predeceased by her father, Gustav (1959) and mother, Wenda (1969) Linda will be sorely missed by her son, Tim (Joanne) - Victoria, Grandson, Jeremy (Nikki) – Victoria; Granddaughters - Amy (Daniel) Vancouver and Jordyn (Greg) - Victoria. She also leaves her sister, Lois Curry, niece, Tami – Dawson Creek, nephew Darren (Tricia) – Calgary as well as many relatives and friends.
Born and raised in Victoria, Linda graduated from Vic High and went on to work for the BC Government. Upon retirement Linda volunteered at the Cancer Clinic, Monterey Centre, Commonwealth Games and other various organizations. She was also a big supporter of Variety Club. Linda enjoyed her cruises to Alaska and tours with Wells Gray and Paramount. She got a lot of enjoyment scrapbooking and doing crops and retreats.
Linda was a cat lady and would be so happy to know that Mitch is going to be well cared for by her granddaughter Jordyn.
The family would like to send heartfelt thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff at Victoria General Hospital who fought so hard to save her life.
