Lois Marlene Woolley

Lois was predeceased by husband, Bill and brothers Kyle and Curtis. She leaves behind her sons and their families Bill (Katherine), Doug (Nong), Ron (Lois). Lois' pride and joy were her 7 grandchildren, Liam, Beth, Melissa, Karie, Arli, Tyler and Brennan. She also leaves her sister-in-laws Zorine Johnson and Betty Johnson as well as several nieces and nephews and their families.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone for their kindness, support and condolences during this difficult time. We would also like to acknowledge the team at Resthaven Lodge for their care and compassion.

After growing up in southern Manitoba and graduating from Winnipeg General Hospital as a Registered Nurse in 1954, mom/grandma headed west and met Bill, her life partner at the 1955 Grey Cup Parade. They married in July 1956 and raised 3 sons at Cultus Lake, BC. After the boys flew the nest, her and Bill moved to Williams Lake to enjoy the outdoor life and adventure for 10 years, before retiring back to the Chilliwack area. They spent several years travelling to many places around the world and enjoying time with family and friends. Lois loved swimming, needle point, playing bridge with her besties and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

We will miss her so much.
