Marian Henry Sieradzan

April 22, 1946 – Feb 23,2015

It is with profound sadness that we mourn the passing of our beloved Marian. Although his name was Marian, his friends called him Mike or Sez.

Left to mourn is Sandy, his loving wife of 49 years; his son Brent (Megan); his daughter, Tracey (Kirt) and his adored granddaughters, Leann and Faithie. His sister, Krys (Pat) will miss her brother and his constant teasing terribly.

Marian was loved by a very large family and had many life long friends that were there to help him through his battle with cancer. Special mention to his sister-in-law, Lynn (Rick) who were always there, for both the fun times and when he needed them most. He was a wonderful father to his two children, that he is so very proud of, and a most special “Papa” to his granddaughters that lit up his life from the second they were born.

He retired from Canada Post, as a manager, after 35 years, where he was respected by all.

He was a very special man that loved his friends, his family, his home and a good joke. “Mr. Funny” will be sorely missed.

To the world, he was just one man. To us, he was the world.

A Memorial Service will be held at First Memorial Funeral Services, 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC.
