Matthew Christopher Muzyka

It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Matt Muzyka on 13 August 2023, in Victoria. Matt was born on 24 April 1984 in Campbell River. He is predeceased by his Brother-in-law, Greg as well as his Bubba and Granny. Matt is survived by his Dad, Chris (Heather), his Mom, Sandy (Mark), his loving Wife, Jenn and his adored Daughter, Abby, his Brother, Shaun, Brother-in-law, Mike, Sisters-in-law, Mel and Dana, his Niece, Kenzie and Nephews, Jake and Kian, his In-laws Gil and Cheryl, his Grandparents Henry and Pat, Joan and John along with many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Matt fought his courageous battle against an aggressive cancer with grace, dignity, and a positive attitude for the past year. He loved being a husband and daddy to his little Dudes, he was a true family man who loved being home but also loved adventures. Matt loved his entire family, all his friends and of course his Steelers, Jeeping, Fishing, Hunting, Golfing and Harleys. He was taken from us far too soon and he left with a piece of all our hearts. Matt is missed every second of every day and will never be forgotten. We love you so much Matt, and we will love you always and forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held on 23 September at 2:00pm at 3978 Blue Ridge Place.
