Sorry to learn of Peter's passing.  Was hoping to see Pete at the 50 year reunion of the Mt. Douglas class of '65 this Labour Day.

We just heard about Peter's passing; very saddened to hear this.  Margo, our thoughts are with you and Mary.  May the memories of a wonderful man, husband and father comfort you.

We were so shocked to hear of Peter's passing just last night while walking Georgie.  We will miss his friendly hello's.  Sprocket will keep you hopping and give you comfort.  Our neighbourhood has lost a very kind and gentle soul.

Dearest Margo,
I wish to send you love and comfort. I will forever remember Peter in his blue work gear getting ready to paint and varnish the boat. Mostly I remember how beautifully he carved the roast of beef and made sure everyone was served nicely. Peter's winning smile and the "Hughes" twinkle in his eye will be an everlasting memory for me of the gentle times of my past.

Peter, In the 30 odd years we've know each other you have: driven me nuts, provided freindship when I've need it most and helped me laugh at myself when there was no alternative. We'll pick it up on the other side. See you soon.

Dearest Margo.... Peter wasn't just a client to me, he was a mentor, confidant and a man I was proud to call friend. Although I will miss him terribly, I know he is only a memory away. He spoke of you often with great love and I am positive that he will never truly leave you Margo. Tuck his memory away in your heart, where he will always be there to comfort you and love you. Sending gentle hugs to both you and Mary. The two women in his life that he cherished more than life itself.

I have many, many memories of Peter, but typical of him was the last time I saw him.  At that time he provided me with the use of his garmin navigation system and we laughed about the chances of my returning as planned, and that the use of garmin should increase my chances.  He had updated all the maps and had home pre-programed in as assistance.  Always caring and yet willing to laugh with his "younger sister" to keep things in perspective,  Dear Margo, Mary and Adrian, I share your loss.
