He will be greatly missed by his children: Yvonne (Howard), Christopher, Richard (Betty), Paul (Lynn), his seven wonderful grandchildren: Jason (Ann), Jeffrey (Amy), Jade (Dustin), Camille (Paul), Kristi, Lauren and Nicole, his two darling great grandchildren Clark and Arthur. Predeceased by his wife Maureen in 2013 and his eldest son Michael in 2003.
For many years Peter was active with the St. Vincent de Paul Society and the Knights of Columbus. He successfully retired from Petro-Canada in 1989 and loved the outdoors playing tennis, biking, hiking and lawn bowling.
A celebration of Peter’s life will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 10030 Third Street, Sidney, BC at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 2nd.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St.Vincent de Paul Society.
