Phil lived a life full of fun and excitement with many passions including Golf, boating and most importantly motorsports. As the flagman of Western Speedway for decades this was a favorite place of his, he was inducted to the Victoria Auto Racing Hall of Fame in 1989. Despite the high energy fun, Phil truly enjoyed the more relaxing actives in life, watching natures go by with Janice, meeting with friends for coffee and a good crossword.
What people don't know about Phil, he loved cooking, he loved animals, and old movies.
He taught everyone he met the brighter side of life and how to live!
Janice and Phil were blessed to have each other as best friends and always will.
A gathering to celebrate Phil's extraordinary life will be announced at a later date.
