Ramesh immigrated to Canada in 1974 and has since resided in Victoria, BC. She retired in 2022 after working for 41 years at the Empress Hotel. Ramesh was known for her happy and smiling nature. She was an amazing mother and proud Grandmother.
Ramesh is survived by her brothers Balwinder Singh Gangar (spouse Asha Gangar), Jorawar Singh Gangar, daughter Parminder Kaur Aheer , Son Tony Aheer (Spouse Sweety Aheer), grandchildren Nicholas Singh, Jaya Aheer, Gia Singh and Shivam Aheer and her many nieces and nephews here and in India.
Funeral services will be held on March 9, 2024 at First Memorial Funeral Home 4725 Falaise Drive, Victoria BC Time:10:00am.
Antim Ardass will be held at Punjabi Akali Sikh Temple 2721 Graham Street, Victoria, BC Time: 12:00pm followed by langar.
