So sorry for your loss. We all had Mr Jones as a teacher as elementary students at Sir James Douglas in the early to mid 1970s. We were from England, so immediately his British/Welsh(?) accent was a comfort to us, his gentle, caring teaching style had a huge impact for three shy kids. We all are involved in education now and think he had a role in that. He is a teacher we all remember well with fondness and are thankful we had the opportunity to be in his class.
