Bob Spent the first 40 years of his life in Alberta, most of them managing the bar at The Highlander Hotel in Calgary, with hunting and fishing being his true passions-which he had many wonderful memories of those adventures. Coming to Victoria decades ago, gave him the opportunity to garden year round, enjoy balmy weather and walk the beaches. He continued to work in the hotel business until his retirement in December. Bob will be sadly missed by sister, Kitty (Wayne) Hyslop, brother, Ron, and sister Michelle(Tom) Craigie, his nieces, Jaimie, Tracy, Kristen and nephew Ty.
No service as requested, donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Bob's memory would be greatly appreciated.
