Mom excelled in her field of selling jewelry and she wore as much as she sold! Mom was a very stylish lady from head to toe. She was passionate about dance and loved Latin, Spanish, Englebert Humperdinck's and Tom Jones's music. She performed floor shows in her younger years with the band the Cubanaires with her brother on drums and bongos.
Mom enjoyed travelling with Martin to Hawaii, trips down south in their RV, boating, and their place at Honeymoon Bay. She valued the many friendships she made along the way, but her most favourite times were spent time with her family.
Mom had a smile that would light up any room. As in one of Tom Jones's songs,... "she's got style, she's got grace, she's a lady". That was our mom. We love you!
A very special thank you to Dr. G. Wenzel-Smith, the amazing staff at Sunridge Place for their kindness and compassion, her caregiver Adele, her friends at Wedgewood, Harmony Health, Heritage Manor and to Danielle and her team.
