He became a proud tailor during his cumpulsory military duty. In the early 70s he made his way to Canada for a better life and more opportunities. On one of his visits back to Greece, he met his wife, Harula and shortly after they were married.
Stavros was a very creative man, a jack of all trades and was a lover of cooking. Much of his career was spent preparing and serving food. He also enjoyed tending to his fruit trees.
He and Harula were like two peas in a pod, inseparable. They loved spending time enjoying morning coffee dates and spent many quality moments with their daughters, Soula, Roula (Mike) and Loukia (Roy) and five grandchildren Lucas, Baylen, Jacob, Ivory and Mario.
He will be greatly missed
