Stephen Walter Kendall

Born in April 1938, Steve leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and precious memories. Steve is survived by his devoted wife, Carol Kendall, his children Jeffrey Kendall and Kathleen Kuhnert (Wayne), and his grandchildren Drew, Jenna, Sydney, Jack, and Nadia. He is preceded by his son, David, his parents Betty and Basil Kendall and his brothers Rick, Bill, Don and Ken and his sister Marie. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who he cherished and loved.

Steve was a butcher by trade; working at various meat stores across Victoria, including Jack's Meat Market, Farmer's Market, Glenwood Meats, and Woodwards. His interest when he had the time was always nurturing his garden or on the water fishing; waiting for the big bite. He also enjoyed travelling the world with his soul mate Carol, but his true passion and devotion was always his family. Steve was a remarkable man whose legacy of love will endure for generations to come. Rest in peace; you will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of life will take place on Friday, June 7th @ 2pm at First Memorial Funeral Services 4725 Falaise Drive.
