The youngest child of 8, born to Anna and Julius Bley in Seamans SK. At the age of 12, after the passing of his father, Vic and his mother moved to Victoria, where he would make his home for the remainder of his life. After finishing his schooling, Vic embarked upon a career as a welder, mainly employed in the construction of gas and oil pipelines across Canada and even overseas. Along the way, he met and married the love of his life Anne, and soon after they started their family. He was an avid sports fan as a participant as well as a spectator and had many hobbies including his garden and golf. Somehow he always managed to find the perfect balance between family time and his hobbies. By their 55th wedding anniversary, Vic and Anne’s family had grown to include 5 children, 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Of all his accomplishments, his family was the one that made him most proud. We will miss the old Pot-licker! Rest easy Vic, Vic, the great big………Welder xoxo
