1936-2016
Bill passed away peacefully on July 16, 2016 with his wife Ann, of 59 years, holding his hand.
Bill was a kind, loving Husband, Dad, Papa, Uncle, & Cousin to a large & caring extended family. He is survived by his wife, Ann, & his children; Kelly-Ann, (Hue Haslauer), Cynthia, (Manny Batista), Ryan, (Marna Thomas) & his six grandchildren, Ian, Jessica, Emilee-Ann, Ethan, Kai, and Sierra.
Bill was always filled with stories, music, life & laughter.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to his wonderful Greenwoods family as well as the staff and Hospice volunteers at Lady Minto Hospital. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Bill’s name to Greenwoods ElderCare Society would be very much appreciated.
Bill’s Celebration of Life will be held at Salt Spring Island United Church, Ganges, on Tuesday August 23rd at 2:30 p.m.
