Amy Catherine Lott, 26, of Houston, passed away January 14, 2019 after a hard fought battle with cancer. Amy was born in Victoria to Dr. Roy John Lott and Cathy Ann Cartwright Lefurgey. Amy received her bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Science from Baylor University and her Master Degree in Hospitality and Retail Science from Texas Tech. Amy worked for Glazer’s Wholesale Distribution in sales.
Amy is survived by her father, Dr. Roy Lott and spouse, Aida Lott of Victoria; mother, Cathy Ann Lefurgey and spouse, William Lefurgey of Victoria; sisters, Amanda Lott Rogers and spouse, Maurtiz Stephen Rogers of Victoria, Allison Ann Lott and partner, Meagan Massey of Victoria; boyfriend, Amir Gasca Eskafyan of Houston; step-brother, Matthew Lowe and spouse, Erin Lowe of Houston; step-sister, Lauren Kaplan of Louisville, Kentucky; aunts, Cheryl Parkinson of San Antonio, Faye Norton of Florida; niece, Addison Elizabeth Rogers; nephew, Maurtiz Owen Rogers; step-niece, Isabela Nibur and step-grandmother, Aileen Lott.
A Celebration of Amy’s life will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 1 pm at Trinity Episcopal Church with Fr. Jim Kee-Rees officiating. Followed by a reception at Victoria Country Club from 2-5 pm.
