Barbara Ann Jordan

Barbara Ann Jordan, 90, of Pearland formerly of Houston passed away on December 20, 2015. She was born October 25, 1925 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Howard F. and Ruth Cooley Bigelow. Mrs. Jordan was nurse, and a veteran serving her country in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Sarringar of Yuba City, CA; son, Howard Jordan of Denver, CO; brother, James Bigelow of Michigan, John Bigelow of Washington; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jordan is preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin T. Jordan Jr., a son, Benjamin T. Jordan III and a sister, Mary Ruddiman.

Graveside services will be 9 AM on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Evergreen Cemetery.

A memorial service will be held in Houston at a later date.
