Beatrice Beatty Trevino

Beatrice E. "Beatty" Trevino, 60, of Victoria passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016. She was born January 31, 1956 in Victoria to the late Federico G. ‘Kiko’ Trevino and late Beatrice B. ‘Bea’ Trevino.

She is survived by her former husband, John Rodarte Sr.; sons, Stephen Rodarte, Michael (Montica) Rodarte, both of Victoria, and John (Nicole) Rodarte, Jr., of San Antonio; a daughter, Lisa (David) Barrientos of Victoria; brothers, John F. (Angelica)Trevino, Richard Trevino of Houston; Robert T. (Maria) Trevino of Victoria; Sisters Gloria T. (Julius) Cano, Frances T. (Rodney) Franklin, both of Victoria; Esther Y. Trevino of Humble. 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and countless nieces & nephews. Beatty was preceded in death by both her parents, sister-in-law Mary Helen Trevino, niece Ana Maria Trevino, nephew Manual Federico Garcia, and her grandson, Michael Rodarte Jr.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with a Rosary to follow at 7pm . Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9 am Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ethan Rodarte, Jayden Franklin, David Barrientos, Julius D. Cano, Christopher Rodarte, Michael Rodarte, Jaime Trevino, and Jose Trevino.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Johnny Trevino, Richard Trevino, Bobby Trevino, Rodney Franklin, Jr., Rene Garza, Exiquel (Chinky) Cantu, Rosie Cantu, Rachel B. Torres, and Linda Rodarte.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.

The family offers special thanks to Rev. George ‘Papa’ Franklin, Ravin Johnson, Limon’s BBQ staff and the Limon Family, and the children of Creek Stone Ranch.
