Belinda was born in Ganado, Texas, on December 28, 1967. She grew up in Victoria, Texas, and graduated from Stroman High School in 1986.
Belinda was an avid poker player who was always the first person to organize a card game at family reunions. She also enjoyed listening to 80s rock music, rooting for the Green Bay Packers, and visiting the beach during the summertime. She also was a truly caring person as exemplified through her work at Woodsboro High School as a paraprofessional and as a caretaker for various people in the community.
Belinda is preceded in death by her mother, Frances Sacky.
Belinda is survived by her husband Jay Salyers Jr., her children Nicholas Salyers, Tana Salyers, and Tyler Salyers, her grandson Dawson Salyers, her father August Sacky, her siblings Karen Karl and Kevin Sacky, and many loved aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Belinda was a truly kind, loving, and compassionate woman. She will be dearly missed and forever loved.
