Bertha B. Williams

Bertha was preceded in death by her father, mother, 3 brothers, 3 sisters, 2 step-brothers, a step-sister and her husband, L.D. Williams. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Young (Charles Ellis), 4 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and expecting 3 more great-grandchildren. She is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews and a host of other relative and friends.

Viewing will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at the Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 3101 Callis Street, Victoria, Texas. Homegoing Service will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Paul Barrow, officiating. Burial will follow immediately at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hwy 87N, Victoria, Texas.

Pallbearers: Preston Thomas, Arndra Thomas, Robert Walker, Darryl Thomas, John (Andy) Thomas and Derrick Buckner.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 3101 Callis Street, Victoria, Texas, 77901, and to the Victoria Senior Citizens Center, 603 E. Murray Street, Victoria, Texas.
