Betty Joyce Yusko

Betty Joyce Yusko, 76, of Bloomington passed away March 29, 2016. She was born August 31, 1939 in Victoria to the late Curtis and Clara Whitfield Matchett. She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She was an active member of Crescent Valley Baptist Church, and also enjoyed crocheting and viewing wildlife.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Yusko of Bloomington; daughters, Darla K. Sorrells (Clayton) of Arlington, Terri D. Young (Charles) of Grangerland, Sharon L. Brickey (David) of Houston, Debbie K. Matula of LaGrange and Jody L. Yusko of Atlanta, Georgia; sons, Harold E. Kelley (Denise) of Lewisville, James L. Kelley (Kim) of Grangerland, Bradley D. Yusko (Linda) of Victoria and Charles E. Yusko of Austin; brother, James “Buddy” Matchett of Bastrop; 21 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Crescent Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Jay Fleming officiating.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
