Survivors include his daughter, Frances (Richard) Crouch Gamblin of Victoria; sons, Billy Earl Crouch of Cuero and Cecil Crouch; sister, Mary Edna Navarro of Waxahachie; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Crouch in 2005; twin sister, Betty Lee Bean and brothers, Harris and Robert Crouch.
Graveside services will be 3 PM Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Nursery Cemetery with full military honors under the auspices of the Victoria Veterans Council.
