Billy Joe Crouch, 81, of Victoria passed away On Thursday, March 27, 2014. He was born June 14, 1932 in Dallas, TX. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his daughter, Frances (Richard) Crouch Gamblin of Victoria; sons, Billy Earl Crouch of Cuero and Cecil Crouch; sister, Mary Edna Navarro of Waxahachie; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Crouch in 2005; twin sister, Betty Lee Bean and brothers, Harris and Robert Crouch. Graveside services will be 3 PM Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Nursery Cemetery with full military honors under the auspices of the Victoria Veterans Council. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at Arrangements under the direction of Rosewood Funeral Chapel, Victoria, TX.

Bill was a good friend for a long time. I have some fond memories of he
and Mildred going places with Mary and I before we were all married.
I know he really missed Mildred; but, they are together again, never to
be separated anymore. I appreciated how willing he was to help Mom
when she needed a handyman.
