Bill I have not seen you in a while but the last time I walked into NPE you were in your office and had a smile on your face like always. You will be deeply missed by many but I know my dear friend will miss you so much as her work family and friend. Thank you for all the great advise and not candy coating it to me. You are one great person that made an impression on my thoughts of others. (Thank you).
