Carol Ann Bell

Carol Ann Bell, 65, of Victoria, formerly of Mascoutah, Illinois, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2014. She was born December 7, 1948, in Belleville, Illinois, to the late Sylvester and Delores Vollekamp Schanz. She was a quality assurance tech for Berry Plastics.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Bell; daughters, Christine Carter (Jim) and Carla Bell; son, Craig Bell (Mary Ann) all of Victoria; and five grandchildren; sisters, Debra Scroggins, Barbara Potts, Nancy Barker, Sylvia Seper and Janice Gould; brothers, Donald Schanz, Paul Schanz, Charles Schanz, Richard Schanz and Mark Schanz, all of Illinois.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Schanz.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Rosewood Funeral Chapel, Rev. Larry Green officiating.
