Cayce Sala, 29, passed suddenly Saturday morning, July 30, 2022 at St. David’s Hospital in Austin, Texas. Cayce was born October 16, 1992, on the island of Okinawa, Japan, where she lived for all of 4 days before being medevaced to California for emergency heart surgery. She lived in San Antonio for 14 years, before moving to Victoria, Texas, where she resided until the time of her passing.
In her free time Cayce enjoyed spending time trying different special effect make-up techniques. She was also a lover of anything scary as she enjoyed watching horror movies and always looked forward to Halloween, her favorite time of year.
She is survived by her father Terry (Melanie) Sala of Victoria; mother, Gina (Mark) Wilson of San Antonio; her fiancé, Fabian Alvarez and her son, Nolan Alvarez of Victoria, 3 sisters: Kimberly Sala of San Antonio, Kristian Garza of Baytown and Luisa Villegas of Victoria.
Visitation will be held from 8:00am-9:30am on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Community Baptist Church, 2205 E. Mockingbird Lane in Victoria, Texas, with services to follow at 9:30am. Burial will be at the Helena Latin Cemetery FM 81, Karnes County, Texas at 12:00pm.
