

Charles Joseph (C.J.) Strnadel IV, 29, of Huffman, TX was called home August 9, 2012. He was born on December 22, 1982 to Carolyn and C.J. Strnadel III. He married his high school sweetheart, Sarah Klingle on October 21, 2006, and they welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Cadence Jane, into their lives on March 1, 2012.
C.J. graduated from St. Joseph High School in 2001 and Texas A&M University in 2006 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. At A&M, he served as Treasurer of the A&M Off Road Club. He was employed by SpawGlass Construction Corporation as a Project Manager. C.J. enjoyed fly fishing, hunting, off-roading, competing in the MS150, and most of all spending time with his family. His soft-spoken, gentle nature and sense of humor made him an exceptional new father, husband, son, and friend.
C.J. is survived by his beloved wife, Sarah Strnadel, and his daughter, Cadence Strnadel of Huffman, TX; his parents, Carolyn and C.J. Strnadel III of Inez, TX; his grandmother, Diana Koontz Massey of Inez, TX; his grandparents, Albertha and C.J. Strnadel Jr. of Inez, TX. He will be greatly missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert L. Massey of Inez, TX.
Visitation will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 402 S. Main, Victoria, TX on Monday, August 13, 2012 starting at 5:30 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A Funeral will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 10:00 am. Private graveside services will follow.
Pallbearers are Byron Holland, Henry Holland, Scott Klingle, Billy Massey, Clayton Massey, Clinton Massey, Jake Massey, and John Michael Massey. Honorary Pallbearers are C.J.‘s cousins, the A&M Off Road Club, and the SpawGlass Family.
Memorial donations can be made to St. Joseph High School, 110 E. Red River, Victoria, TX 77901 and 4-H of Victoria County, 528 Waco Circle, Victoria, TX 77904.
