

In 1950 Charles started his first job with Industrial Instruments in meter repairs, and then from 1953-1963 he worked for Houston Flow in many areas of Texas and Louisiana. He retired from Tri State Measurements in 1994 with 44 years in gas measurements.
Survivors include his wife, Dell Hadash Williams; children, Rhonda Williams (John) Larison of Port Lavaca, Glenn (Carol) Klussmann of Waco, George Hadash of Austin, Jeremy Hadash of New Braunfels, Donell (Arlen) Heibel of Victoria; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; sister, Gladys (Richard) Smallwood of The Woodlands and brothers, Albert Bud Williams of The Woodlands and Robert (Bobby) Williams of Waverly.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth Williams, second wife, Otha Mae Williams and a sister, Earlene Fitzsimmons.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 from 6-8 PM at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 AM on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
