Christopher J. Erdelt

Christopher J. “Chris” Erdelt, 55, of Edna passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014. He was born December 24, 1958, in Ganado to Nettie Miller Erdelt of Murphy, North Carolina, and the late Leon Erdelt. Chris graduated from Victoria High School. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Cyndi M. Hertz Erdelt of Edna; his mother, Nettie Miller Erdelt; sisters, Ada Braun of Murphy, North Carolina, Deniece Delane of Bulverde, Ramona Davis and Jackie Erdelt, both of Fredricksburg, Charlotte Erdelt of Houston and Tina Koncaba of Hitchcock; brothers, Leon Erdelt, Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama and Tony Erdelt of Inez.

A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am, Thursday, December 18, 2014, at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Memorial Mass will follow at 10:30 am with burial at Memory Gardens Cemetery of Edna.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mark K. Braun, Shannon Braun, Clint Davis, Tim Davis, Taylor McChesney, Danny Koop, Pat Wagner and Dan DeLane.
