Clifton "Cliff" Machac

Cliff served his country in the United States Army and the Reserves from 1957 to 1962. Cliff and Rosalie were married for 62 years. They moved to Victoria in 1969. Cliff and Rosalie loved to travel and took a trip to Germany for their 25th wedding anniversary. Cliff enjoyed old polka and waltz music, good home cooking, coconut pies, a tidy yard and gardening. Cliff also enjoyed spending time with his nephews talking about “football”. After retirement, Cliff enjoyed walking the mall everyday and Rosalie joined him after she retired. Cliff and Rosalie were members of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.

Cliff is survived by his wife, Rosalie Machac and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 9-9:30 AM at Our Lady of Victory with a rosary to be recited at 9:30 AM. A funeral mass will follow at 10 AM. Burial will immediately follow, by an escort procession, at Holy Cross Memorial Park Cemetery in El Campo, Texas.

Pallbearers are Terry Supak, Stephen Lutringer, Bruce Korenek, Kevin Tegeler, Mark Wendel, John Roades, Chris Fucik, Jeremy Supak and Jacob Supak.

Memorial donations may be made to New Century Hospice or Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.
