Darla Michelle Blankenship, age 61, of Bloomington, Texas, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025. Darla was born in Monroe, NC, to Brenda Hubalek and Horace Rayford Mills.

Darla is survived by her husband, Robert Blankenship; daughter, Laura LeeAnn Blankenship; son, Wesley Adam Blankenship, and wife, Lainie; her mother, Brenda Hubalek; and grandchildren, Jewel and Jade.

Darla was preceded in death by her father, Horace Rayford Mills, and her stepfather, Joe Hubalek; her sister, Sara Mills.

A funeral service for Darla will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Six Mile Assembly of God, 6440 FM1090, Port Lavaca, TX 77979. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service at Hubalek Family Cemetery, Inez, TX.
