

Delbert Clyde Reynolds, 69, of Kyle, formerly of Victoria, passed away on June 17, 2011 in Temple after a lengthy illness. He was born on June 29, 1941 in Freeport to the late D.C. Reynolds and Opal Linville Reynolds. Delbert loved to cook and was the former owner of Kountry Kitchen in Refugio, Lockhart and Victoria. He was a disabled U. S. Army veteran where he proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. Delbert will be missed dearly by all his family and friends who loved him.
Survivors are his wife, Haeng Cha Ho "Genie" Reynolds; daughter, Cindy Wyatt (Jim); sons, Kenny Reynolds, Bruce Reynolds (Amanda), Tommy Reynolds (Florence), David Reynolds, Bobby Reynolds, and Raymond Lee Reynolds; sisters, Dottie Nelms and Ruth Catapano (John); brother, Roger Reynolds; and grandchildren: Amanda and Allison Wyatt; Thain, Tullisen and Tate Reynolds: Danielle, Christian and Marissa Reynolds.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Sue Lynn Reynolds.
The family will receive friends from 10a.m. to noon on Friday, June 24, 2011 at Colonial Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1p.m. at the Crescent Valley Cemetery with Rev. Marcos Gohlke officiating. Full military honors will be provided by the Victoria Veterans Council.
