

Diana was born on February 8, 1951 to Robert Earl and Lela Welder Cliburn and raised in Victoria.
From early on, Diana had a love of animals and enjoyed riding her horses while growing up on Avenue D. She graduated in Stroman High School’s first graduating class in 1969 and attended Victoria College.
She served on the Board of the First Presbyterian Day School.
Diana was very grounded, focusing on the things that mattered most--her love and devotion for her husband, children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Charles Cliburn.
Diana is survived by her always devoted husband of 38 years, Donald Leinen, as well as sister Lela Cliburn, brothers Jay and John Cliburn, children Diana Saenz and husband, Trey, Elizabeth Leinen and Robert Leinen and wife, Sally and grandchildren Evans Saenz, Max Saenz, Darcy Leinen, David Leinen and her much awaited granddaughter—Deana Leinen.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 am Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Memorial Park Cemetery located at Red River & Main Street with Father Frank Lenz officiating.
