

Dolly Mae Hanslik Koehn, 87 of Victoria passed away Sunday, May 1, 2016. She was born July 29, 1928 in Hallettsville to the late Emil A. and Millie Petras Hanslik. She married Elvin Koehn September 2, 1951. She worked at First Victoria National Bank and First National Bank in Schulenburg. Dolly was a member of First English Lutheran Church, and loved baking. She would bake brownies, cakes and treats for dozens of friends and people including the postman, sanitation workers and many others. Anyone who knew Dolly was subject to being included on her baking list. Many people enjoyed her treats for years and she will be deeply missed.
Survivors include her husband of almost 65 years, Elvin Koehn of Victoria; sons, Don Koehn and wife, Linda Jo of Houston, and Mark Koehn and wife, Gaylene of Conroe; niece, Terri Hanslik.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, El Roy Hanslik.
Funeral services will be at 10 am Saturday, May 7, 2016 at First English Lutheran Church, Rev. Jim Pearson officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Doug Vrazel, Bradley Vacek, Garry Petrash, Gary Blahuta, Rory Koehn and Troy Koehn.
Memorials may be made to Dorothy O'Connor Pet Adoption Center or First English Lutheran Church.
