Dorothy G. Leonard Roberts

Dorothy G. Roberts, 88, of Victoria, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2012. She was born on January 20, 1924 in Victoria, TX to the late Claude Leonard and Lydia Kraatz Leonard. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of First English Lutheran Church.

Survivors include sons, Randy R. Roberts (Debbie), Sr, of Yorktown, TX and Francis I. McGrath (Jenna), of Denton, TX; grandchildren, Chris R. Roberts, Frances Mills, Charlotte McGrath, Summer Schreiber, Fallon Kloesel, Clara Warzecha and great grandchildren, Bryan, Keith, Kensly, Dayton and Dillon and her loving dog, Puddles.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Fred R. Roberts and grandchild, Randy R. Roberts, Jr.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 from 7 to 9 pm at Colonial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at 10 am, First English Lutheran Church with Rev. Jim Pearson officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Steve Brown, Paul Schreiber, Jeremiah Schmedt, Willie Cobus, Bobby Dick, Ernest Nunez and honorary pallbearer is Joe Loya.

Memorials may be made to the First English Lutheran Church general fund.
