Dorris Ann Morgan, 74, of Victoria, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. Born in Austin, Texas she was the daughter of Florence Mae Alter Johnson and Meeks Edward Johnson.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Don Morgan, her children: Ursula Wagner Dollard and husband, Ted; Kyle Wagner; Donnie Morgan and wife, Sherri; Cindy Morgan Vecera and husband, Allen; Randy Morgan and wife, Laura; Larry Morgan and wife, Tracy; daughter-in-law, Marsha Morgan; 19 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. Her son, Tommy Morgan, preceded her in death.

Dorris was a former employee of the Union Carbide/Dow Corporation. She was a long-time volunteer for the Victoria Chapter of the American Red Cross and received The Clara Barton Honor Award for Volunteer Leadership in 2014. An avid quilter, she especially enjoyed the work she did with paper piece quilting.

Visitation will be Monday, March 25, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Services will be Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10 am at Rosewood Funeral Chapel with a graveside service immediately following at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of South Texas, 605 E. Locust, Victoria, TX 77901 and The American Red Cross-Victoria Chapter, 1501 E. Red River Suite #1, Victoria, TX 77901.
