

Eural Ray Gray passed away Monday, June 5, 2017. He was born October 14, 1932 in Lindsay, Oklahoma, to the late Wesley and Edith Gray and was the youngest of ten children. One sister, Eunice P. Wise, was the eldest child followed by nine brother, Ralph H., Clarence E., Victor C., Earl E. (Pauline), Baskell L., Warren S., William W. Jr., and Glen D. (Lavern) and Eural R. (Mary Ann).
Eural served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict and after being honorably discharged served in the Texas National Guard for six years. He was a route salesman for Armour and Company for 20 years. He left Armour to become co-owner and manager of Honda-Suzuki of McAllen, Texas. He sold out and retired at the age of 57 years.
Eural enjoyed sports and coaching Little League Baseball and Football. He was a member of Southwest Baseball Umpires Association. He was also a licensed Real Estate Broker. He enjoyed writing stories and speaking Spanish and greatly enjoyed the friends he made in exercise class after moving to Victoria and the friendships he made in his Sunday School Class. He loved being with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Ann (Page) Gray; daughter, Mary Pat Johns (David) of Victoria; son, John T. Gray of Pearland; one brother, Glen and wife Lavern Gray of Casa Grande, Arizona; a sister-in-law, Pauline Gray of Madill, Oklahoma. Eural and Mary Ann were blessed with three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10 am Friday, June 9, 2017 at Rosewood Funeral Chapels, 3304 Mockingbird Lane, Victoria, Texas.
