Frances M. Russell

Frances M. Russell, 83, of Victoria passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015. She was born June 25, 1932 in Seminole, Oklahoma, to the late British Howard and Lela G. Laffoon Myers. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Ann (Randy) Boyd, Rhonda (Steve) Cann and Jimmie Lou (Randall) Edwards, all of Victoria; her son, Ronald Ray (Lee) Russell of Corpus Christi; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Russell in 1989.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.

Funeral services will be Friday, August 14, 2015 at 10:00 am at the First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Johnny Kisiah and Rev. Edwin Cann officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:00 pm at the Stockdale Cemetery with Rev. Gary Irwin officiating.

Pallbearers will be Ronald Lee Russell, Ryan Russell, Ricky Russell, Jason Cann, Cody Cann, Tyson Edwards and Kirby Edwards.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lindsay Acree, Evie Cheny, Faye Petteway, Claudia Acree and Zenaida Cantu.
