Franklin David “Frank” Reutter, 79, passed away Monday, August 20, 2012. He was born November 28, 1932, in Lodi, Ohio, to the late Dr. Frank C. and Mildred Dobson Reutter. Frank was a Lutheran Brotherhood insurance agent for 35 years. He was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Jane Weigmann Reutter, of Victoria; daughter, Debra Fels and husband, Howard of Corpus Christi; son, David Reutter of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Alice Krull of Valley City, Ohio; two grandchildren, Lt. Amanda Fels Box and husband, Jason, and Allison Fels.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Rev. John Waak officiating.
