Helen Braun Billo Wyscarver

Helen Braun Billo Wyscarver passed away Thursday, July 14, 2016. She was born May 6, 1925 in Victoria to the late Adam Otto and Sophie Urban Braun. She was a retired LVN. Helen was a member of the First Ladies, enjoyed playing Bridge and Mahjong and had a heart for animals, especially those that were injured or abandoned. She was a charter member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Leslee Lee and husband, Charles of Victoria; grandchildren, Jeremy Lee and Erin Lee McKamey, and husband, Kevin; two great-grandchildren, Blaine and Gavin McKamey; sister, Patti Crawford of San Benito; step-daughter, Mary Wyscarver of Temple; step-sons, Roy Wyscarver and Washington, DC and John Wyscarver of Houston; numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Norris Billo; second husband, Allan Wyscarver; and brother, Allen Braun.

Visitation will be from 5:30-7:30 pm Friday, July 15, 2016 at Rosewood Funeral Chapels.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Rev. John Waak officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
