Helen A. Mikulec, 84, of Inez passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018. She was born January 21, 1934 in Corpus Christi to the late Kasper and Olga Veselka Zdansky. She was a retired accountant and a member of the Catholic church.

Survivors include her daughters, Kathryn Mikulec of Victoria and Brenda Flanagan of Katy; son, Larry (Lynda) Mikulec of Inez; sisters, Betty Konarik and Janie Pavlicek, both of Robstown and Mary Zarosky of Victoria; brothers, George Zdansky of Victoria and Laddie Zdansky of Corpus Christi; 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rudy Mikulec, her son, Ronnie Mikulec; her brother, Julius Zdansky; grandson, Jeremy Kyle Flanagan; and loving companion, Marvin Koenning.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Chapels. A Rosary will be recited at 7 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2 pm Friday, April 6, 2018 at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Zarosky, Donnie Konarik, Stanley Konarik, Jr., Curtis Parker, James Ballowe and Julius Zdansky, Jr.
