I was one of the few Our Lady of Victory girls to go to Victoria High and did not know anyone at VHS. I played basketball and had the joy of meeting Jacki on one of the first days of high school. She immediately friended me and introduced me to all her jr. high friends. I will never forget how she invited me into her group and made me feel like I was always a part of her life. Even though we did not have many classes together or hangout that often- I will never forget her kindness to me those first weeks of school and throughout high school. She was so full of fun and energy! Her laugh, her smile, and her beauty will never be forgotten.

Rodney was a groomsman at our wedding and the photographer captures Jacki’s happy essence in this photo.

So sorry for the loss to such a wonderful family. I remember Jackie mainly by her smile and warmth to others. I pray for comfort and strength to her family and the best for Carter, Lily and Rodney.
