Janice Salinas, 57 of Victoria passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. She was born May 1, 1962 in Tacoma, Washington to Noel and Carol Kaizer Brown. Janice was a pawn broker a First Cash Pawn.

She is survived by her husband, Vic Salinas; daughter, Christina (Joseph) Pesina of Victoria; sisters, Theresa Joyner and Renee Baldwin both of California and four grandchildren, Madison, Sarah, Traye and Brooke.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her brother, John Brown.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 5-7 PM at Rosewood Funeral Chapels with a celebration of her life to begin at 7 PM with Brother John Carmona officiating.
