Survivors include his daughter, Robin Lyn Foreman of Oklahoma; sisters, Vi Griffith, Lola Carroll and Irene Kitchen of Tivoli and Evelyn Couch of Washington; brother, Melvin Chastain of Nacogdoches; three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 4 pm Friday, March 14, 2014, at Tivoli Cemetery, Rev. Marcos Gohlke officiating.
