Joe is survived by a brother, Edwin Haynes of Victoria.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Alice Jo Haynes Brown and Sybil Haynes Land; brothers, Luther, Warren, Cecil, John, Walter and J.D. Haynes.
Graveside services will be held at 2 pm Saturday, November 5, 2011, at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Coolidge Gerdes officiating.
Donations may be made to Hospice of South Texas.
